Art of living and gastronomy in Pays d’Aix

4 stages   25 km   32 minutes of trip

Come discover the breathtaking wine-growing landscapes made famous by Cézanne at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire Mountain. Stroll along the vineyard paths of Trets or Puyloubier to meet wine lovers who will be willing to share their secrets. This is the terroir of the Protected Designation of Origin "Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire", which is specific and particular to this emblematic site and officially recognized since 2005. Stop for lunch at the Domaine de Terre de Mistral's farmhouse inn, which will delight your taste buds with vegetables and meat from the farm. You’ll find some wine tourism activities for all ages! Finally, treat yourself to the sweet delicacies (calissons, jams, candied fruits) typical of the Pays d'Aix and enjoy the freshness of the fountains in Aix-en-Provence. This area offers an array of activities fulfilling your curiosity for discovery and gastronomy.
