A few kilometres from Saint-Maximin, Les Terres Saint-Hilaire provides a range of leisure activities in the heart of Provence. A property of the Burel family, this 1500-hectare estate cultivates respect for nature (Terra Vitis label) and produces a wide range of wines, for all palates and pleasures!

Original and unusual

Via Aurelia, the Aurelian Way, passes over the estate of Les Terres de Saint Hilaire. Since Antiquity, it connects Rome to Arles, through Nice, Antibes, Frejus or Aix-en-Provence. It joins the Domitian Way going down to Spain. Since the Middle Ages, those two Roman roads form the route of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella.
