Like its Provencal counterparts, this cooperative winery has successfully made a decisive qualitative choice. At the heart of the village of Eguilles, with its panoramic view of the rural plains of the Aix-en-Provence, it’s a step that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Extra

During the three summer months, Le Cellier des Eguilles offers guided winegrower walks in some plots with historical explanations of the village and viticulture. These short walks are concluded with a tour of the winery and a tasting.

Original and unusual

In the old part of the cellar, the founder of the cooperative Lucien Fauchier had had painted different sayings on wine over the doors, written in Provencal; two of them are reproduced on the walls of the shop.
