The Pieracci Domain does more than producing organic wine, thus scrupulously respecting the specifications of organic agriculture governed by the European Union. Environmental preservation approach is here everywhere: from the cellar, with its clay walls erected to save maximum energy, to the bright orange packing boxes that clients now have the habit of keeping, and re-stocking.
