The words ‘winemaker’ and ‘passion’ are usually associated, but for Maurice Silvestri, this union is not simply a cliché. At the head of 43 hectares of vineyards, this estate’s winemaker indeed lives a waking dream.


Au Chai, a big cellar that can accommodate thirty people, was opened in June 2014. You can visit the cellar by appointment. Local products (jams, salt, vinegar, terrines, chocolates, honey, etc.), gift boxes (wooden, leather, colored cardboard, etc.) and sommelier utensils (aerator, freshener, corkscrew, drip stop, etc.) are available.
