At an age when most people are planning their peaceful retirement, Catarina and François Buisine have made their dream come true by building a cellar in 2012 to make their wines. They bought the 40-hectare domain in 2001 and remodeled it to make the best of their 21 hectares of vines along a valley between the Maures and Sainte Baume mountains.
