At an age when most people are planning their peaceful retirement, Catarina and François Buisine have made their dream come true by building a cellar in 2012 to make their wines. They bought the 40-hectare domain in 2001 and remodeled it to make the best of their 21 hectares of vines along a valley between the Maures and Sainte Baume mountains. It’s a true picture-postcard landscape, made up of hills and forests.
The creativity of this passionate winegrowers couple is undeniably what makes it stand out. “Keeping a part of our production in PGI gives us a real freedom, composing with grape varieties such as muscat or sauvignon,” confides François. The agronomic engineer is also.
It is so rare that it deserves mention, domaine Longue Tubi has developed a charter in which it is committed to respecting the environment and the seasonal workers who collaborate with them. It is a way to affirm its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and its quality requirement.
