Presentation

From Laurent BACCINO in 1900 to the young oenologist Audrey in 2009, five generations have succeeded in the Peirecèdes cellars. Each shared the same ambition: to be worthy of its predecessors by maintaining and continuously improving the soil that was passed on to it.

Do you want to improve your knowledge of wine? Audrey Baccino introduces you (by appointment) to the art of tasting and takes you on a guided tour of the winery and vineyards. This offer is meant for individuals as well as groups since the domain has the Salle des Bacchanales, a beautiful room in front of a sea of __vines dedicated to banquets and seminars, as well as a school vine that allows you to perform an ampelographic visit in the vineyards.

Original and unusual

"Syrha" and "Tibouren", the two mascots donkeys, happily welcome all visitors at the domain’s entrance with a thunderous braying.
