Created in the early 1970s on the site of an old sheepfold, the Vallongue estate nestles in the heart of the Alpilles between scrubland, pine forest and cliffs. On this wonderful natural site, we cultivate vines and olive trees. .... Within this wild setting, we have selected 38 hectares where our vines have been conducted in Organic Agriculture since 1985.
At the end of the pine walkway that runs along our vineyards, discover our olive garden, the courtyard of the estate, the water mirror of the basin, the soft lapping of our fountain and the fresh shade of the plane trees, push the door and come taste our wines and our olive oils, we will be delighted to welcome you
Eygalières was long the world capital for the production of millstones, which were already cut and polished in Roman times. The local industry continued until the early 20th century, after having peaked in the Second Empire. At that time, the millstones were shipped to Syria, the United States, Russia or England!
