Presentation
Vines have been cultivated for millennia on this land full of history. Since Roman times, the vineyards of Château Saint-Julien in Celle have been constantly in a state of development. First by the different communities, then by the Garrassin family, who, since 1992 has been working to turn this historic estate into one of the jewels of the AOC Coteaux Varois.

The Bastide of Saint Julien will house five bedrooms, and a large reception room.
Original and unusual
A solar and lunar dial unique in Europe, the Saint-Julien table, hangs on the wall of the Bastide. A Minim of Aix en Provence is thought to have crafted it. This octagonal table engraved on a stone block has a total of 28 dials, with the motto "Am spatiis transeunt universa sub coelo" (At a determined time, all things pass under heaven). The French company of astronomy is currently investigating it.
