It’s the history of a second life and a second chance. Ten years ago, Gilles Pons and Pascale Massenot left Paris and their manager suits for La Londe where they now make elegant and generous wines. Today, they live their passion for wine, working with talent their beautiful terroir.
Our new cuvee "Bubbles" is a sparkling wine made with a method developed especially for the wines of Provence, tested successfully in the Vidauban Rosé Centre since 2008. An assembly of our finest Cinsault and Rolle, it translates all delicacy expected of a party wine, without exceeding 12 ° of alcohol content. Specificity of the Provencal method, the rectified concentrated must that sweetens the liquor is replaced by the must of our grapes, which keeps it very fresh, doesn’t raise the alcohol content and preserve the personality of our rosé.
Red cuvee "La Gourmande" is composed of the finest and oldest Shiraz vines and from a hint of Grenache, aged for 12 months in Burgundy barrels of 228 litres. The result is of great power; tannins are rich and aromas of red fruits and black of explosive freshness. The production is limited with only about 3500 bottles!
