On a protected Mediterranean site, Château Léoube is rising label that holds promise for the future. It produces one of the best wines of Provence: fine, balanced and elegant, dedicated to the pleasure of each moment: rosé, red and white. Roman Ott’s refined assemblies work in perfect harmony with the geo-climatic elements and are up to the highest level of AOC Côtes de Provence organic standards.
With nearly twenty hectares of olive groves, Château Léoube produces about 12,000 litres of olive oil per year. These olive oils are from assemblies of different Provencal and Italian varieties.
Sir Anthony Bamford and his wife have launched ‘Daylesford Organic’ in Great-Brittain, http://daylesford.com/. The Léoube Castle is part of this philosophy of organic farms and stores concept.
