This brand new domain is led by a young but experienced winegrower-oenologist. In 2009, when she wasn’t even thirty, Audrey Baccino took over her domain: Château La Tulipe Noire. Since then, she has skillfully cultivated her vineyard on sunny slopes, caressed by sea breezes. She vinifies its fruits with talent, taking full advantage of the experience gained from a young age with Alain, her winemaker father.

A stopover in the wine shop of La Tulipe Noire is conducive to some gourmet shopping. Audrey Baccino decided to offer her customers the products of some of the best Var farmers. Olive oil, honey, jams and saffron are grown close by, and adorn the shelves of her "Boutique du terroir".

Original and unusual

A domain can hide another one! Opened in June 2012, the wine shop of Château La Tulipe Noire offers wines from the Baccino family’s other vineyards: Domaine Peirecèdes, one of the jewels of the Pierrefeu terroir. In addition to their gourmandise, these wines all bear Audrey’s mark since for some years now she’s the one vinifying the harvest of her parents Alain and Véronique.
