Château l’Evesque is located on the Puyricard plateau, where it cultivates a unique approach to wine tasting. It belongs to the Escoffier family for four generations and nurtures the future with a proudly assumed tradition.

Original and unusual

Jean-Michel Escoffier’s grandfather used to deliver all of his production in demijohns, directly on the doorstep of the inhabitants of Aix-en-Provence, who paid monthly. He was first using a wagon, then a van, until the no parking on the street pronounced in the late 50’s sounded the death knell of this exclusive distribution channel.
