Presentation

This remarkable estate in the Baux Valley— 200 hectares in the heart of the Alpilles— is the perfect getaway for a lunch, stroll or a whole leisure day. Indeed, in addition to wine, there are many other attractions of Château d'Estoublon, whose history dates back to 1731. With a 105 hectare olive grove, olive oil has made its reputation but the estate aims to make its exceptional, 100% organic wines better known.

Extra

An 18th-century castle lays in the heart of this luxuriant nature where the Provençal fauna and flora flourish. Owner since 1999, the Reboul-Schneider family has converted it into a very upscale ten-room accommodation. Companies and individuals welcome their guests for their events, privatizing the castle, gardens and park for an unforgettable experience.

Original and unusual

Elegance and power are the adjectives that best describe the wines of the estate. They are served at the table of the Bistrot d'Estoublon, where chef Wim Van Gorp officiates.
