Presentation
Passionate about sustainable development, Yann Pineau, Chateau de l’ Escarelle owner since 2014, fell under the spell of this case surrounded by a wild nature to the flavor of thyme, rosemary or lavender. On the 1000 hectares of the domain, the 100 hectare vineyard is certified High Environmental Value and converted to organic farming since 2020.
