Nestled between the Mediterranean and the Massif des Maures, in the heart of the golden triangle of Provençal wines, Château Jasson extends over the exceptional lands of La Londe-les-Maures. Its unique terroir combines the richness of clay-limestone soils with the intense minerality of blue schists, imparting remarkable depth and complexity to its wines. This subtle blend of minerality and fruitiness, enhanced by a natural balance, gives our wines elegance, finesse, and profundity. These lands, shaped by the vine for over two thousand years, bear the traces of history: it was here, on these sun-drenched slopes, that the Greeks first planted the earliest vines around 600 B.C. Since 2021, the Saint Vincent family has infused a new dynamic into the domain, driven by a vision of excellence and innovation, all while preserving tradition and modernity to fully reveal Château Jasson’s potential. Today, its name stands among the great references of Provence.

Château de Jasson relies on the so-called reasoned culture process for which it has obtained HVE 3 “High Environmental Value” certification; limited yield and green harvest in July, plowing rather than herbicides, organic fertilizers and not chemicals, parcel harvesting and hand-picking.
