Twenty years old is a beautiful age. And that's just the beginning ... This tiny vineyard was established on the hills of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer barely twenty years ago. Enjoying the famous Bandol terroir, it produces wines in a "garage" spirit.

The choice to favour quality over quantity is a constant principle in Château d'Azur. This happens primarily by the respect of the environment: organic fertilizer made of sheep manure and crushed horn; soil ploughing, no chemical weeding, and minimum treatment. Harvest is done by hand and then de-stemmed.

Original and unusual

Paul Charavel has decorated the cellar housing the domain’s oak barrels with a large collection of coopers tools recovered over the years. All that is necessary for the construction, restoration, or filling of a barrel is exposed to visitors.
