Lost in the hills of Hyères, away from the main roads, the Borrels valley cultivates an old agricultural tradition of nearly two thousand years. The Romans had already grasped the benefits they could derive from the rolling farmland, made of schist and granite sand and bathed in a most favourable micro-climate
