Les Quatre Tours is one of the perfect examples of the revival of Provençal cooperatives. In the town of Venelles, this cellar dispels misconceptions about wine cooperative. It is a strength of a vision of modern viticulture shared by winemakers in the pursuit of excellence.
At the shop, each vintage gets its own notice of presentation, written in French and English, with the wine’s characteristics. It’s a good way to come up with an opinion quietly, before receiving competent advice from the sales staff.
Among the members of Les Quatre Tours, a Benedictine Abbey benefits from its very own cuvee. Jacqueline Pagnol and Fernand Charpin (aka Master PANISSE) baptized one of the cellar’s presses "PANISSE".
