Presentation

Domaine Saint-Louis La Manuelle was born from the merger of two estates: Saint-Louis du Thoronet and Sainte-Croix la Manuelle. This may be a newcomer to the Provençal wine scene but it takes its cue from the past to project itself into the future. It will certainly make a name for itself, thanks to the quality of its wines which are already appreciated by wine lovers and to the diversity of the new tourism projects it’s developing.

Extra

There are many reasons to come visit the estate: First, for a stay at the magnificent 12th century bastide with a view of the vineyard hillsides which can be yours for a few days; second, for a wine tasting in the vast cellar that opens onto the barrel cellar showcasing the domain’s wines and olive oil; finally, for dining at the restaurant "Le Bistrot du P'tit Bouchon”. Saint-Louis la Manuelle also hosts receptions for private.

Original and unusual

What’s ‘La Manuelle’ name refer to? It is the name of a single 13-hectare parcel of land; an homage to this magnificent terroir that benefits the wines in all three colors. Like the rest of the estate's vines, it is cultivated using sustainable agriculture with respect for the land and the men who work it with talent.
