Presentation
Nested in the heart of « Green Provence » between cities of Brignoles and Cotignac stands our 170-hectares Fontainebleau-en-Provence estate. Soils of red pelites is giving to our wines a complex and elegant profile. Our estate is 100% certified organic since 2017. Feel free to visit us so to discover our estate and taste our wines at our wine shop.
Extra
800 olive trees in our vineyards are producing a « fruité vert » olive oil which is available in 50cl bottles at our wine shop.
Original and unusual
An extensive network of irrigation supplied by sources from the surrounding hills runs through the land of Fontainebleau. The water slowly flows into these stone channels, which have a regular but hardly noticeable slope. This technical feat is all the more remarkable that its authors did not have sophisticated computers in their time. Indeed, they were the first farmers of this land: the Romans!
