Presentation
In Grimaud, at the foot of the Maures Massif, this century-old vineyard is amended by the passion and hard work of a whole family. Since its founding 130 years ago, the Val de Gilly has continued to evolve to stand out today as one of the great vineyards of the Saint-Tropez Gulf. Only one thing has not changed over time: the Castellan family is still watching over the place.

The Val de Gilly has its own store in the Cogolin Marines. It is open daily in summer, on Tuesday and Saturday mornings in winter. It offers all the domain’s wines at producer price. As a bonus, in the month of August, you can also buy freshly picked clusters of Cardinal, great table grapes.
Original and unusual
One of the cuvees of the domain – and one of the best - is named after Alexandre. It is a tribute to Alexandre Castellan, who created the family estate in the 1880s.
