This wine estate has remained in the same family for centuries; its owners collect fine wines and old objects with a soul. Domaine du Grand Batailler adjoins the campsite of the same name, situated on the heights of Bormes-les-Mimosas. Maurice Courty and his family run a two-thousand-year old vineyard.

The close proximity to the Grand Batailler campsite, run by Maurice Courty’s brother, allows for a several days stay to better take the time to enjoy the estate's wines!

Original and unusual

The comic strip artist Jean-Yves Mitton designed the monochrome label of the Amber cuvee, drawing on his pretty Gallic heroine. It’s a perfect link between history and the domain’s Roman origins.
