Presentation

This magnificent property is lost in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. The Sauron family watches over one of the oldest estates of the Peninsula of Saint-Tropez. It’s a place full of history that they have turned around to associate quality wines to the beauty of the site.

Extra

Domaine de la Siouvette offers its guests accommodation in the heart of the vineyard. They can sleep in the large house (two bedrooms) or the "Cabanon", a charming house surrounded by vineyards.

Original and unusual

When in the 12th century the Carthusian monks of La Verne installed one of their farms in La Mole, they christened the place "Siouvette." The origin of the name would come from the many oak trees that once covered this side of the Massif des Maures. Indeed, in Provençal, oak is said "lousuve."
