Presentation

On the heights overlooking the Etang de Berre, the beautiful villages of Saint Chamas and Miramas le Vieux, this family domain combines love for vines, kindness and sense of hospitality.

Extra

Each year in May, the Domaine de Lunard organizes “Journées du terroir”. While enjoying the estate's wines, taste yogurt and goat cheeses, cakes and biscuits, bull on a spit, honey, gingerbread and other delicacies prepared by farmers and artisans carefully selected by the Michel family. In late October, the release day of ‘primeur’ wine is accompanied by a country buffet.

Original and unusual

The elders remember that at the end of World War II, the Roman bridge of Saint-Chamas, one of the most beautiful in Europe, was almost irreparably damaged by an enormous American tank which accidently destroyed its northern arch. It was repaired in 1949 and the bridge is still there today.
