For six generations, the Audemard family has passionately cultivated nearly 50 hectares of vineyards on the sunny slopes of the Massif des Maures, in Cogolin, just a stone’s throw from the sea. Crossed by the stream “La Giscle,” from which the estate takes its name, the domaine embodies the balance between tradition and innovation, at the heart of an exceptional terroir. Whether for a tasting or a family moment of sharing, each visit becomes a unique memory.
A warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, and a passion for wine shared without pretension. Each visit is a moment of genuine exchange and authentic discovery. A lively estate where you may come across unexpected companions: hens, endearing donkeys, and a majestic peacock with its little family, all greeting visitors with good cheer.
Ancient remains and modern know-how come together: stone millstones, a threshing floor, and a watermill recall the history of the estate, while the vaulted cellar and modern winemaking techniques open the way to creative vintages. An experience where tradition and innovation unite with elegance.
