Presentation

On the wine-tourism landscape of Provence, this newcomer is going to be the talk of the town. This is the ambition of the Rossi family, who have been working on this large-scale project since 2003. The result is incredible but true: a 2,500 m² stone and ash building, or rather a temple, topped by a green roof, blending into nature. Domaine de Hautes Pommières takes the best from its terroir to serve it in a glass or on a plate.

Extra

An imposing wooden door, like a church, topped with coloured stained glass windows, opens onto a cellar, an unusual vat room and a succession of spaces on three levels, each one more impressive than the last. Here is something to dream about for organising all sorts of happy events or business meetings, and animations around wine, art or both. And what about this table d'hôtes project? It will be supplied largely locally, thanks to market gardening and the breeding of pigs and poultry.

Original and unusual

It is the very character of this place that makes it unique. Authentic by nature, it has the ambition to satisfy all those who are curious for a visit, a tasting and more. And with the range of its creations, including a subtle natural wine, it wants to delight all palates—even the most demanding.
