Our wines are fine examples of this work and their relentless pursuit of quality. This excellence was awarded in 1955 with the distinction "CRU CLASSE". Château Saint-Maur belongs to the very selective "club Cru Classé Côtes de Provence" involving only 18 members who all have the same desire to perpetuate this precious heritage. Planted in December 1612, the old oak which blooms on the grounds of the domain is now more than 400 years old.

Original and unusual

Operational since the 2013 vintage, the wine storehouse of Château Saint-Maur is now among the most efficient of the Côtes de Provence appellation. In addition to its fine appearance that fits gently in the landscape, it is a small technological marvel with a vinification capacity of 5000 hectolitres. It is governed by the principles of gravity to preserve the integrity of the precious grapes to the maximum.
