Tom Bove has been the perfect steward of this estate since 1999. He expresses in the vineyard his love of wine and his sense of aesthetics: between stone walls, impeccable terraces and rose bushes at the head of rows of vines. On 102 hectares flourish 60 hectares of vines, entirely harvested by hand, where the master of the estate sows his high quality standards.
Tom Bove's high quality standards have led his organic wines to the tables of very, very beautiful starred restaurants. And among them are Alain Ducasse's restaurants in New York and Tokyo!
On a domain in constant renovation, the teams of Domaine La Mascaronne carry out a major work of soil preparation before any planting of grape varieties. Sometimes they have to modify the soil inclination so as to create the perfect slope for best water drainage.
