Presentation

This domain cultivates a Provencal identity that is together modern and traditional. Property of the same family since 1896, the Château du Grand Jas is now led by the fifth generation. At 36 years old, Olivier Forni already has great experience and intact passion. He devotes these two qualities to the production of wines that look like him: trendy but resolutely Provencal.

Extra

The Bastide and the Mas du Grand Jas welcome tourists for a night or more. The Bastide offers a large suite in the attic. The Mas has four bedrooms. Finally, attached to the Mas, the Mazet is a cottage for two to four people. They all benefit from nice amenities such as a swimming pool or Wi-Fi.

Original and unusual

Olivier Forni attaches great importance to the choice of wine corks. He uses co-extruded synthetic corks for his whites and rosés, because they are totally sealed and protect wine from oxidation. For the reds, he opted for a revolutionary cork: the Guala Seal. Invented by an Italian manufacturer, this synthetic cork has the advantages of real cork (with permeability equivalent to the best cork) without the disadvantages: parasites tastes and uneven aging from one bottle to another.
