A village cooperative in full revival, nestled in a green setting, sits at the entrance of the Saint-Tropez Gulf. In 2006, the winemakers of Plan de la Tour changed their philosophy dramatically, focusing instead on quality. A few years later, the bet is successful. More demanding and better structured than in the past, the Var cooperative is more attractive than ever.

In addition to house wines, the shop of Les Vignerons du Plan de la Tour offers a selection of local products: olive oil, anchovy paste, tapenade, terrines, aperitif wines etc.

Original and unusual

The commune of Plan de la Tour is home to many professionals of the Seventh Art. The most illustrious are Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp who still share there a nice property of fifteen hectares. This is where Monsieur, under the pseudonym Richard Mudd, directed Madame in the music video for the song ‘Pourtant’ (Bliss album). The French star has also inspired the winemakers of Plan de la Tour, who pay homage to her every year with a nod cuvee called ‘Un Coin de Paradis.’ Its special feature is an original bottle that changes for each vintage. It’s a true collector produced in only 3,000 bottles.
