Philippe Benezet produces wines with the greatest natural possible. Organic farming, natural yeast, and minimum use of sulphur: he limits additives as much as possible to give full expression to its terroir.

Philippe and Cécile Benezet live in a pretty farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, which they renovated by themselves. This beautiful building in a verdant setting offers a single guestroom that can accommodate two to four people. It’s a place like the house wines, very natural!

Original and unusual

When he took over the Fournier property (named after his maternal grandparents), Philippe Benezet renamed its domain “Turenne” as a nod to his family history. Marshal Turenne, one of the great soldiers of the Sun King, was born in Sedan, a city of which he was the Prince. He is still the local fame, and his name is attached to many places, including the Chocolate factory of Philippe’s parents!
