The organic brewery of Sulauze brews its beers on wood fire with some barley and hops grown in biodynamic farming at the Domain.
The 4th-century crypt is the secret place where many legends were born. It is even said that sacrificial rites took place there a long time ago. William and Karina Lefevre assure us that it’s no longer true!
