La Table Saint-Roux offers a real gourmet stopover in the heart of the estate, where terroir and creativity are invited to the table. The chef offers an authentic menu with Provençal accents, guided by the harvests of the vegetable garden, seasonal products... and his inspiration of the moment. Guests can enjoy generous, local and sincere cuisine: vegetables from the garden, cheeses, bread from the estate's bakery and other products directly from the farm or neighboring producers, all sublimated by the estate's wines.
