At this small domain, passion of the senses translates directly to excellence. On the heights of Cassis, Laurent Jayne exercises his winemaker trade with great enthusiasm. And the man has other talents, as you will discover when you come to visit his domain.


Laurent Jayne is about to launch “Mi-figue mi-raisin, the workshop of the senses”, a tasting appointment at the domain around the house wines and local products, including the domain’s honey and capers or vegetables from the garden. This formula was inspired by Spanish tapas, and aims mainly to enable everyone to better enjoy wines with delicacies.

Original and unusual

Laurent Jayne was selected to participate in a famous TV show on the concept of best amateur chef in France. This lover of cuisine as he likes to define himself, made it to the last round of candidates. It was a reward in itself for this amateur of flavours and strong supporter of local products.
