This family domain has grown over the years and sign today quality wines. A former restaurateur, Jean Novaretti is now living a new life in Lorgues where he created the vineyard of Château Sainte-Beatrice. This fifty-hectare estate gives ambitious, elegant and aromatic wines.
With some 300 olive trees to date, the estate produces its own extra virgin olive oil, natural and untreated. More than 300 barrels located in the cellar carefully age the reds, which can age for a few decades. One third of the barrels are renewed each year.
The estate offers an eco-museum dedicated to land and vine work. Housed in the basement, it unveils a collection of rare objects (special tools), accessories related to wine, but also horse carriages and stills.
